Results Over the Years

Our Feagin Leadership Scholars tell us they see improvement in their ability to optimize team dynamics, effectively communicate, motivate others, be self- aware, and self manage.  They feel an improved ability to think holistically, communicate effectively and be resilient. They also see improved patient outcomes and higher productivity and morale in the provider teams.
